Sales will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Goods once sold can’t be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect. Defective items must be returned in the original condition within 7days of supplying invoice date. Returns courier charges are to be borne by buyer.

2. The availability and prices of the products on this website is based on the data provided by Supplier/publisher of that product. It may vary at the actual time of supply.

3. All disputes arising from the execution of this contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. In case settlement could not be reached through negotiation, the case shall be referred to neutral third party approved by both parties for arbitration. The arbitral award made by the third party is final and binding upon both parties. All disputes between SELLER and BUYER shall be resolved by an arbitration proceeding conducted at a location selected by the arbitrator within the city of BANGALORE CITY KARNATAKA in India. This Contract is issued under and is subject to BANGALORE CITY KARNATAKA Jurisdiction &law. The KARNATAKA Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with the contract.
